The Codicote Neighbourhood Forum, under the authority of Codicote Parish Council, is preparing a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish of Codicote.
The Neighbourhood Plan area has been set as the whole of the civil parish of Codicote.
Neighbourhood Plans, once adopted, form part of the District Local Plan and can be used to guide development (but not reduce it). Neighbourhood Plans must be in general conformance with the parent Local Plan.
An interim report has been published, which council members will review before deciding on the next steps.
