INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PLANTERS FOR 2024/25 IN CODICOTE
Tenders are invited for the maintenance and upkeep of the planters in Codicote for the 2024/25 season; the locations, dates and key items of work are shown on the attached schedule.
Applicants must provide their own equipment, fuel and consumables and must have their own public liability insurance.
Tenders should be enclosed in sealed envelopes addressed to the Clerk and marked ‘planter tender’. The closing date is noon on the 3rd June 2024 and all tenders received before this deadline will be opened at the Environment and Recreation Committee’s meeting on 4th June 2024.
The quality of service which can be offered will be taken into account and any supporting information, for example evidence of contracts with local authorities or any appropriate references, will be treated in strict confidence.
